Easy Pasta

This is easy pasta. Cook up some (preferably) whole wheat pasta spirals. Then in a skillet, add one can of fire-roasted tomatoes, zucchini sliced and then cut into fourths, and some chopped bell pepper, and minced onions. Cook until just tender and serve over the pasta, with cheese or mozzarella sprinkled over it if you like.
